Awakening Doctor

I was recently interviewed on the podcast platform Awakening Doctor by my dear friend and colleague Dr. Maria Christodoulou. Maria is an extraordinary human being who specializes in bespoke online coaching for those of us who are navigating health, life and career transitions. We  explored some less discussed topics such as the impact of pornography on the developing brain and behaviours and why it’s often necessary to be our own whistle-blower when we desire change .And  yes, we talked about my book, but Maria was equally interested in hearing about my personal life ,from childhood epiphanies about the nature of reality to the weighty influence of apartheid, race, privilege, and an ongoing journey with long COVID and Lyme ( and a host of other topics )
